What the heck man! I got the most difficult, okay not difficult but the MOST RIDICULOUS CALL EVER since I started working!

The call was picked up by me in between 1745-1750. The first thing that the card member said after all the verification was that he wanted to make a complain about esther, since she was the one who attended to him previously. Then he just happily started his SCREAMING FRENZY. Tried to pass the call to esther, but since it was nearing to her break time, naturally she wouldn't want to pick up the call. So no choice, I will just have to settle this card member whom I suspect comes from the STONEAGE by myself.

Anyway, let's just call the card member Kimchi.... since that's EXACTLY the way his name's pronounced

So for the next 15 mins or so, Crude Kimchi keep yelling and yelling while I try to explain to him how come things did not happened as he requested for the time esther attended to me while on the same time reassured him that action has already been taken but is unable to tell him why wasn't it materialised.

It was until when the 'F' WORD came out of his mouth was when I decided 'Forget it, just let him shout all he wants, I'll just speak when he wants me to.' So there Kimchi goes, 'F'ing for about 3 more times before my boss stepped in and SAVED ME from his MINDLESS RANTING. THANKS BOSS :D

Beside the point of me getting screwed. The other point is, guess Kimchi's occupation :D

HE'S A GODDAMN TEACHER!!!! WTH RIGHT?! CAN YOU BELIEVE IT?! I WILL SOOOO SEND THE RECORDED CONVERSATION BETWEEN HIM AND ME TO MOE IF I COULD!! ME GETTING SCREWED BY A VEGETABLE!!!

After the whole Kimchi Screaming Saga, I really ADMIRE MYSELF for being so COOL HEADED for not turning around and SCREW THAT KIMCHI!! I think people who know me long enough would know that if I was who I am in the past, Kimchi is not only screwed, he might be as well DEAD! Looks like I DIDN'T SPEND ONE YEAR LEARNING TAIJI FOR NOTHING!!! PROPS TO MYSELF!! WOOOHOOO!!!!
